螺杆桩自动定位成桩工艺在软基处理中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 以牡丹江至佳木斯客运专线铁路软土路基处理工程为背景,以提高软土地基承载力、确保高速铁路运营稳定为主要目标,将螺杆桩施工工艺、技术要点、质量控制难点、工后承载力效果确定为主要研究内容,并在本工程中引入先进的螺杆桩自动定位成桩控制系统,通过新型控制系统与传统施工工艺在施工效率、成果检验、经济效益和发展前景四个方面进行对比,集中体现了螺杆桩自动定位控制系统在快速精准定位、螺纹成型效果、灌注质量控制、地基承载力标准、资源优化节约等方面的显著优势。计划将此施工工艺作为一项优质的工程技术进行推广,并为今后工程积累经验。 Taking the soft soil subgrade treatment project of the Mudanjiang-Jiamusi Passenger Dedicated Line as background,this paper aimed to improve the bearing capacity of the soft soil foundation and ensure the stability of high-speed railway operation.The construction technology,technical key points,quality control difficulties and post-work bearing capacity effects of screw piles were identified as the main research topics,and the advanced screw piles were automatically positioned into pile control systems in this project.By comparing the new control system with the traditional construction technology in four aspects:construction efficiency,results test,economic benefits and development prospects,it embodied the obvious advantages of screw pile automatic positioning control system in such aspects as rapid precision positioning,thread shape effect,the quality control of casting concrete,foundation bearing capacity standard,resource optimization and economy.This construction process is planed to promote as a high-quality engineering technology and accumulate experience for future projects.
