摘要
高铁运营因行车速度快且密度较大,目前情况下仅能用短暂的天窗点进行检修维护,故要求道岔尽量有较长的使用寿命和较少的维护工作量。然而道床混凝土裂纹控制一直是制约岔区道床板耐久性的难题,有效防止和控制混凝土裂纹是解决质量问题的有效途径。结合京沈客专沈阳西站岔区的施工实况和工后效果,经同条件实地试验对比分析,总结出混凝土"三低一高"配合比最优方案和配套施工工艺,并通过现场施工进行验证,可有效解决道床板混凝土的裂纹问题,为类似工况下施工提供了经验与技术借鉴。
A longer service life and lower maintenance for the switch is necessitated due to the high speed and high density of the high-speed rail operation.The overhaul and maintenance work is achieved within a short permission time under the current situation.However,the durability of the bedplate in the turnout has been limited by control of crack of the ballast concrete.It is a favored way to solve the quality problem by effectively preventing and controlling the crack of the concrete.The optimal scheme and construction technology of the mix ratio of“three low and one high”for the concrete is acquired by combining the construction and post-work effects of the Beijing-Shenyang Passenger Dedicated Line in the Shenyang West Railway Station,after comparative analysis by field testing under the same conditions.In addition,the crack problem of the bedplate in the turnout can be solved by verification of field construction,which provides the construction experience and technical reference for the construction under similar working conditions.
