摘要
通过将一种水性高渗透无机结晶型防水剂,配合其他防水施工工艺,应用于福州地铁2号线洪湾站混凝土结构的施工缝防渗漏施工中,效果良好,达到了防渗漏的目的。同时总结了整个施工工艺流程,分析了材料选择、工艺方法等的协同关系,对新旧混凝土界面和冷缝处理进行了一种新的尝试,以达到无渗漏的使用效果。这也为地铁工程施工缝防渗漏施工提供了一种创新的工程应用案例。该高渗透无机结晶型防水剂无色、无味、无毒,施工简便,具有优良的渗透性能,防水、防渗性能优良,使用效果良好。
A kind of water-borne inorganic crystalline waterproofing agent with high permeability and other waterproofing construction techniques was applied to the construction of concrete joints of Hongwan Station of Fuzhou Metro Line 2.The effect was good and the purpose of leakage prevention was achieved.At the same time,the whole construction process was summarized,and the synergistic relationship between material selection and process method was analyzed.A new attempt was made to treat the interface between new and old concrete and cold joint in order to achieve the effect of no leakage.This also provided an innovative engineering application case for seepage prevention construction of construction joints in metro engineering.The high permeability inorganic crystalline waterproofing agent is colorless,odorless,non-toxic,easy to construct,which has excellent permeability,excellent waterproofing and impermeability with good application effect.
