Talents’Cultivation through College-enterprise Dual-subject Cooperation Based on Enterprise and College

立德树人是高校立身之本。示范(骨干)校和高水平高职校建设以及“双高”计划,根本宗旨在高质量的人才培养与供给;核心要义在高水平专业(集)群建设和包括企业学院在内的高水平产教融合平台建设;个中关键在学校、系院、专业(群)三个层面持续深化企业学院“双主体”育人,以筑牢“校企双主体实施”的命运共同体,最终破解校企合作中合而不深、合而不融的瓶颈,充分发挥企业重要的主体作用。

Talents’cultivation is above all the very fundamental task of higher vocational education.Both our building of Model Vocational College and High-level or even Double-high Plan,it is always the eternal aim to cultivate and supply the badly needed talents with higher quality.Also we put as much emphasis on building of high-level major clusters as on building of industry-education integration platforms,among which enterprise col?leges are included.The key point is to keep deepening our dual-subject talents’cultivation mode on the whole campus scale,our department scale and on our major cluster scale.Only in this way can we fasten and strengthen our destiny community implemented by the two main bodies of college and enterprises.And thus such problems in our college-enterprise cooperation as not deep enough or not integrative enough can be solved.Finally our co?operative enterprises can also play its very important role throughout out dual-subject cooperation.
