应用PDCA法降低门诊不合理处方率

Using PDCA to Rreduce the Rate of Unreasonable Prescription in Outpatient Department

目的采用PDCA循环法降低门诊不合理处方率。方法采用PDCA循环理论提高药师对门诊不合理处方进行干预的能力并观察效果。结果实施PDCA循环法后,门诊不合理处方率从14.29%降低到5.83%。结论PDCA循环法可以降低门诊不合理处方率,值得推广和应用。

Objective To use PDCA circulation method to reduce the unreasonable prescription rate in outpatient department.Methods PDCA circulation theory was used to improve the ability of pharmacists to intervene unreasonable prescriptions in outpatient department and observe the effect.Results After PDCA circulation,the unreasonable prescription rate of outpatient service decreased from 14.29%to 5.83%.Conclusion PDCA circulation method can reduce the rate of unreasonable prescription in outpatient department,which is worth popularizing and applying.
