有创动脉血压监测在大面积烧伤中的影响因素分析及对策 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析有创动脉血压监测在大面积烧伤中的影响因素并探讨其相应的对策。方法对(2016年1月~2018年12月)笔者单位收治的16例大面积烧伤患者进行了62例次动脉置管,动态监测并记录有创血压数值,对过程中出现的监测失败或指标偏差与病情不符的,进行分析查找其原因,及时纠正影响因素。结果共出现87次监测测量值及波形异常,分析其原因包括换能器位置不准确47例、换能器未校零19例、动脉导管不通畅14例、测压管道内有残留气泡6例、仪器设备性能不佳1例,均采取相应的措施进行及时有效的处理。结论及时排除与处理影响有创血压监测的相关因素,可保证监测指标的准确性,使病人得到安全有效的诊治。 Objective To analyze the influencing factors of invasive arterial blood pressure monitoring in large-area burns and explore the corresponding countermeasures.Methods 62 secondary arterial catheterization was performed on 16 cases of large-area burns treated by the author(2016.1-2018.12).The invasive blood pressure values were dynamically monitored and recorded.In the case of monitoring failure or index deviation in the process that was not consistent with the condition,the reasons were analyzed to find out and the influencing factors were timely corrected.Results a total of 87 monitoring measurements and waveform anomalies occurred,including 47 cases of inaccurate transducer position,19 cases of uncalibrated transducer,14 cases of unpatency of arterial catheter,6 cases of residual bubbles in the measuring tube,and 1 case of poor instrument performance.Conclusion the factors affecting invasive blood pressure monitoring should be eliminated in time to ensure the accuracy of monitoring indicators,so that patients can get safe and effective diagnosis and treatment.
