Broadcasting hosts play an important role in television communication industry.But with the advent of the new media era,various shortcomings of broadcasting hosts have emerged,showing the lack of novelty in the content of the host,the lack of innovation in the mode of hosting,and the simplification of the mode of communication.These disadvantages have caused the slide of the audience ratings,an unprecedented dilemma appears.How to successfully break through and gain new development has become a problem that current broadcast hosts have to think about.Starting from the general environment of the new media era,this article takes the broadcasting host as the main research subject,discusses the difficulties faced by the broadcasting host in the new media era,the reasons for encountering the difficulties,and the methods to get out of the difficulties.
