膦酰基羧酸型三元共聚物阻垢剂的制备及其阻垢性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 以马来酸酐(MA)、2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)为原料,亚磷酸(H3PO3)为分子链转移剂,用过硫酸铵作引发剂,通过溶液聚合合成了H3PO3-MA-AMPS(PMA)三元共聚物.考察了原料配比、反应温度、反应时间、引发剂含量对PMA阻垢性能的影响.结果表明:当n(MA)∶n(AMPS)∶n(H3PO3)=10∶1∶10、反应温度为80℃、反应时间为2 h、引发剂用量为5%时聚合物有最好的阻垢效果.采用红外光谱与核磁共振碳谱对其进行结构表征.实验测得其分子量为4520,且聚合物中磷含量较低,具有绿色环保性.当聚合物添加量为30 mg/L时,阻碳酸钙效率达到98%.将PMA与市售阻垢剂的阻垢性能作对比,结果表明:合成聚合物在用量较小的情况下,抑制碳酸钙的效果超过其他阻垢剂,体现了它的微量高效性.对空白垢样进行XRD与SEM分析,其结果表明PMA的阻垢机理是使钙垢产生晶格畸变. Using maleic anhydride(MA)and 2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid(AMPS)as raw materials,phosphorous acid(H3PO3)as molecular chain transfer agent and ammonium persulfate as initiator to synthesize H3PO3-MA-AMPS(PMA)terpolymer by solution polymerization.The effects of raw material ratio,reaction temperature,reaction time and initiator content on the scale inhibition performance of PMA were investigated.The results show that when n(MA)∶n(AMPS)∶n(H3PO3)=10∶1∶10,the reaction temperature is 80°C,the reaction time is 2 h,the initiator dosage is 5%,the polymer has the best resistance.The structure was characterized by infrared spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy.The molecular weight of the experiment was 4520,and the phosphorus content in the polymer was low,which was green and environmentally friendly.When the amoun of polymer added was 30 mg/L,the efficiency of calcium carbonate inhibition reached 98%.Comparing the scale inhibition performance of PMA with commercially available scale inhibitors,the results show that the effect of inhibiting calcium carbonate in the case of smaller amount of synthetic polymer exceeds that of other scale inhibitors,reflecting its micro-efficiency.The XRD and SEM analysis of the blank scale showed that the scale inhibition mechanism of PMA was the lattice distortion of calcium scale.
