摘要
本文以山西某市应急指挥信息系统建设为例,完成语音业务、视频业务、数据业务、应用业务等多业务融合,满足应急指挥中心对于日常办公通信、应急通信、指挥救援调度等基本通信调度功能需求,初步实现全市应急救援智能化、扁平化作战能力。
This paper,taking the construction of emergency command information system as an example,completes the multi-service integration of voice service,video service,data service,application service and so on to meet the needs of emergency command center for daily office communication,emergency communication,command and rescue dispatch and other basic communication dispatch functions,and initially realizes the intelligent and flat combat capability of emergency rescue in the whole city.
