摘要
本研究着眼于传动齿轮故障的早期检测问题,针对齿轮故障过程中释放出的弹性波信号的检测方式进行了研究与讨论,对声学信号的检测原理与信号特征的主要提取方式进行了深入分析,以期为齿轮早期故障检测的相关研究提供一定的参考价值。
This study focuses on the early detection of transmission gear faults,studies and discusses the detection methods of elastic wave signals released in the process of gear faults,and makes an in-depth analysis of the detection principle of acoustic signals and the main extraction methods of signal features,with a view to providing some reference value for the related research of gear early fault detection.
