基于FTA的站台门门机系统可靠性分析

摘要 采用故障树分析法(FTA)对地铁站台门的门机系统进行可靠性分析,以郑州地铁1号线一期故障数据为基础,结合门机系统结构特点建立门机系统故障树,通过定性定量分析得出顶事件故障概率,根据重要度计算结果找出门机系统典型故障原因和薄弱环节,提出站台门门机系统故障优化方案,确保门机系统工作安全可靠。 The fault tree analysis method(FTA)is used to reliability analysis of the platform door machine system.The fault tree is established based on the first stage failure data of Zhengzhou metro line 1 and the structural characteristics of door machine system.The failure probability of the top event is obtained by qualitative and quantitative analysis.The typical fault causes and weak links of door machine system are found out according to the importance calculation results.The fault prevention scheme and improvement measures of platform door crane system are put forward to ensure the safety and reliability of the door machine system.
