摘要
随着我国旅游业的不断发展,对于技能型专业人才的需求量也越来越大,高职院校作为培养一线技能型人才的主要阵地,肩负着不可推卸的责任,必须对接市场需求,确保学生在职业素养、专业技能、综合素质等方面都能满足企业需求。目前我国大部分高职旅游管理专业培养出的学生很难达到市场的要求,毕业后很难找到相应的岗位工作,即使找到了合适的工作,也经不起市场的考验,出现匆匆跳槽的情况。学校制定的人才培养方案与市场的现实需求存在一定偏差,就业指导体系仍不完善等因素是导致学生就业出现问题的原因,研究这些问题,分析解决办法是非常有必要的。
With the continuous development of tourism industry in China,the demand for skilled professional talents in the tourism market is also increasing.Higher vocational colleges,as the main position for training front line skilled talents,shoulder the unshirkable responsibility.Therefore,higher vocational colleges must connect themselves to the market and ensure that the tourism students trained meet the needs of enterprises in terms of professional literacy,professional skills and comprehensive quality.However,most of the students trained in tourism management now fail to meet the requirements of the market,and it is difficult for students to find corresponding jobs after graduation,or even if they find suitable jobs,they cannot stand the test of the market and always change jobs quickly.The certain deviation between the talents training program and the actual needs of the market comes along with the imperfect employment guidance system and some other factors lead to the problem of tourism employment situation.It was therefore essential to analyse those problems and countermeasures.
