高职院校辅导员的素质很大程度上决定了高职院校的学生管理水平。高职院校要设置系统课程,完善辅导员工作制度,促进辅导员学习、具备“工匠精神”,这有助于提升辅导员的使命感和责任感,从而为学生树立榜样、为学生个体的长远发展打下坚实的基础。

To a great extent,the quality of counselors in higher vocational colleges determines the level of student management.Higher vocational colleges should set up systematic courses,improve the work system of counselors,encourage counselors to learn and possess"craftsman spirit",which will help to enhance counselors'sense of mission and responsibility,so as to set an example for students and lay a solid foundation for their long-term deve-lopment.
