摘要
朗读作为语文教学最基本最重要的方法,在现实的语文教学中却严重缺失,语文教师自身对朗读的认识不够、朗读能力以及运用朗读于教学的能力不高是其重要的制约因素。师范院校通过组织团队形式,开展以朗读能力的提升为核心的“送读下乡”培训可以有效解决这个问题。“送读下乡”培训以朗读理论专题和课文朗读实训为主要内容,通过“四主”“四结合”的培训机制和模式可以有效提升农村语文教师对朗读的认识以及朗读能力和水平,进而提高语文课堂教学实效。
As the most basic and important method of Chinese teaching,reading aloud is seriously lacking in the actual Chinese teaching.The lack of understanding of reading aloud,the ability of reading aloud and the ability of using reading aloud in teaching are the important constraints.Normal colleges and universities can solve this problem effectively by organizing teams to provide"sending reading ability training to the countryside"activity which take the improvement of reading ability as the core.The activity includes the theory training and practical training.Through the training mechanism and mode of"Four Dominants"and"Four Combinations",it can effectively improve the rural Chinese teachers'understanding of reading aloud,the ability and level of reading aloud,and then improve the effectiveness of Chinese classroom teaching.
