综合护理干预在慢阻肺急性加重期患者中的应用效果

Application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的分析综合护理干预在慢阻肺急性加重期患者中的应用。方法选取我院收治的60例慢阻肺急性加重期患者作为研究对象,随机将患者分为对照组(n=30例)和观察组(n=30例)。对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者给予综合护理。分析两组患者不同护理后生活质量及护理满意度的差异性。结果观察组患者生活质量评分值,均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,观察组患者满意度NSNS评分(90.07±0.67)分,明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预对慢阻肺急性加重期患者的影响显著,能够明显改善患者的生活质量,提高患者满意度。

Objective To analyze the application of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods 60 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease admitted to our hospital.The patients were randomly divided into control group(n=30 cases)and observation group(n=30 cases).Patients in the control group were given routine care,and patients in the observation group were given comprehensive care.The differences in quality of life and nursing satisfaction between the two groups of patients after treatment were analyzed.Results The scores of quality of life(general health,physiological function,physiological function,physical pain,vitality,social function,emotional function,mental health)were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The patient satisfaction NSNS score(90.07±0.67)was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention has significant effects on patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,which can significantly improve patients’quality of life and improve patient satisfaction.It is worthy of popularization and application.
