β-HCG、P、CA125对输卵管妊娠诊断的评估价值分析

目的探讨血清绒毛膜促性腺激素β亚单位(β-HCG)、孕酮(P)、糖链抗原125(CA125)对输卵管妊娠诊断评估价值。方法选择2016年1月~2019年1月于我院就诊的120例输卵管妊娠患者作为研究对象,其中休克型输卵管妊娠42例,稳定型输卵管妊娠40例,包块型输卵管妊娠38例。同时选取同期的40例健康孕妇体检者作为正常对照组。分析各组患者β-HCG、P、CA125水平变化情况。结果不同临床分型的输卵管妊娠组患者CA125水平比对照组明显升高(P<0.05)。输卵管妊娠组患者β-HCG、P水平比对照组明显降低(P<0.05)。与各单项检测比较,β-HCG、P、CA125联合检测的准确性、特异性、敏感性、阴性预测值、阳性预测值均升高(P<0.05)。结论β-HCG、P、CA125可作为输卵管妊娠的诊断标记物,三者联合检测可提高输卵管妊娠的诊断效果,值得在临床推广。

Objective To study clinical diagnosis value of β-HCG,P and CA125 in the diagnosis of tubal pregnancy.Methods 120 cases patients with tubal pregnancy in our hospital from 2016 January to 2019 January were chose and divided into research group.Shock tubal pregnancy women were 42 cases,stable tubal pregnancy women were 40 cases,and bulging tubal pregnancy women were 38 cases.Another 40 normal pregnant women were chose to be control group.The levelsβ-HCG,P and CA125 were evaluated in each group and the roles ofβ-HCG,P and CA125 in the diagnosis of neonatal septicemia were study.Results Compared with the normal control group,the levels of CA125 in the research group were obviously higher (P<0.05).Compared with the normal control group,the levels of β-HCG,P in the research group were obviously lower (P<0.05).Compared with individual tests,the sensitivity,specificity,accuracy,positive prediction and negative prediction of combinationβ-HCG,P and CA125 were all increased.Conclusion β-HCG,P and CA125 can be the diagnosis indicators of tubal pregnancy.The joint detection of tubal pregnancy can increase the diagnostic efficiency in neonatal septicemia.
