核电厂焊接信息管理系统研制及应用

摘要 核电厂运行阶段通过研制焊接信息化管理系统进行焊接管理,可有效解决传统纸质文件管理效率低下、数据分散、数据冗余等问题,还能及时对焊接工程中的各项数据进行实时有效的跟踪、检索和管理。同时,通过充分利用便利的信息化电子流程,完整记录生产过程各种繁杂数据,实现多用户终端对系统焊接数据同时查询和编辑,为相关部门焊接工作提供有力支持,大大提升焊接生产管理效率,提升了核电厂焊接管理水平,同时亦为核电厂群堆焊接管理降本增效作出贡献。 In the production stage of nuclear power plant, the development of welding information management system for welding management can effectively solve the problems of low efficiency of traditional paper document management, data dispersion, data redundancy, etc., as well as the real-time and effective tracking, retrieval and management of various data in welding engineering. At the same time, through electronic process, make full use of the convenient information full records the production process a variety of complex data, realize the user terminal system welding data query and edit at the same time, provide strong support for the related departments of welding work, greatly improve the welding production management efficiency, improve the management level of nuclear power plant welding, at the same time also contribute to nuclear power plant group of authors heap welding management efficiency.
