基于HTML5技术的互动视频在腹腔镜胆囊手术患者术前访视中的应用研究

Application of interactive video based on HTML5 technology in preoperative visit of patients underwent laparoscopicgallbladder surgery

目的探讨安徽六安市中医院开发的基于HTML5技术的互动视频在腹腔镜胆囊手术患者术前访视中的应用效果。方法选取2018年6月-2019年6月在六安市中医院接受腹腔镜胆囊手术患者共100例作为本研究的对象。按照随机分组的原则将患者分成两组,实验组和对照组各50例。实验组采用互动视频进行术前访视,对照组采用传统术前口头宣教。使用SAS量表、满意度调查表、患者术前准备依从性3个维度进行评价。结果术前访视后实验组焦虑水平(45.34±7.50)明显低于对照组(65.52±6.35),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者对术前访视满意度(92.34±5.91)明显高于对照组(78.10±5.58),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者术前准备依从性(100%)明显高于对照组(88%),差异有统计学意义(P=0.012)。结论将基于HTML5技术的互动视频应用于腹腔镜胆囊手术患者术前访视,可以有效缓解患者术前焦虑,提高患者术前准备依从性,提高患者满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of interactive video developed by Lu'an Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital based on HTML5 technology in preoperative visits of patients undergoing laparoscopic gallbladder surgery.Methods A total of 100 patients who underwent laparoscopic gallbladder surgery at Lu'an Traditional Chinese Hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the subjects of this study.Patients were divided into two groups according to the principle of random grouping,with 50 cases in each of the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group used interactive video for preoperative visits,and the control group used traditional preoperative oral education.Evaluation was performed using three dimensions:SAS scale,satisfaction questionnaire,and preoperative compliance.Results The anxiety level of the experimental group(45.34±7.50)after the preoperative visit was signifi cantly lower than that of the control group(65.52±6.35),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The satisfaction rate of patients in the experimental group before surgery(92.34±5.91)was significantly higher than that in the control group(78.10±5.58),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The preoperative compliance(100%)in the experimental group was significantly higherthanthatinthecontrolgroup(88%),andthedifferencewasstatisticallysignificant(P=0.012).ConclusionApplyingtheinterac tive video based on HTML5 technology to the preoperative visits of patients undergoing laparoscopic gallbladder surgery can effectively alleviate the preoperative anxiety of patients,improve the preoperative compliance of patients,and improve patient satisfaction.
