新时期医院文化建设的思考

习近平总书记在党的十九大报告中提出的如何加强文化建设、如何增强文化自信的重要论述,提出了面临文化建设新时代,医院文化建设的新思路、新理念和新方法,为今后全国医院文化建设指明了方向。医院文化是医院历史与发展的积淀和升华,是医院的内在精神和灵魂,当前公立医院文化建设存在一定的盲目与趋同、随意与短视,实施过程简单与表象。怎样才能健全完善新形势下医院的文化建设?关键在于完善现代医院管理机制,建立医院文化传承机制,拓宽医院文化建设途径,健全医院文化建设考评机制。确立医院文化价值观取向。我们知道,医院文化建设是医院的生命力、创造力和凝聚力之所在,是提高医院整体竞争力的重要内容,它在当今医疗市场的激烈竞争中发挥着越来越大的作用。因此,应通过强化医院文化建设给予医院发展更强推动力,给予职工和患者更多滋养和慰藉。

In the report of the 19th Communist Party of China National Congress,general secretary Xi Jinping put forward impor tant proposals on how to strengthen cultural construction and how to enhance cultural self-confidence.He also came up with new ideas and methods of hospital cultural construction in the new era of cultural construction,which pointed out the direction of the hospital culture construction nationwide.Hospital culture is the accumulation and sublimation of hospital history and development,and it is the inner spirit and the soul of a hospital.At present,there is some problems during the construction,such as blindness and conver gence,arbitrariness and shortsightedness,simple and superficial in implementation process.How can we complete the hospital cultural construction under new situations and circumstances?The key lies in improving the management regulations of hospitals,establishing the inheritance rules of culture,broadening the way of cultural construction,strengthen the evaluation system of construction,and estab lishing the value orientation of hospital culture.We know that the construction of culture is where the vitality,creativity and cohesion of the hospital lie,and it is an important content to improve the overall competitiveness of the hospital.It plays an increasingly important role in the fierce competition in the medical market today.Therefore,strengthening hospital cultural construction gives hospitals a stron ger impetus for development,and gives employees and patients more nourishment and comfort.
