星形胶质细胞在癫痫治疗中的研究进展

Research progress of astrocytes in treatment of epilepsy

癫痫是一种由大脑神经元同步化异常放电所致的脑功能障碍综合症,病因复杂,发病机制尚未完全阐明。近年来大量研究表明,星形胶质细胞在癫痫的治疗过程中起着重要作用,有望成为药物干预癫痫的新靶点。本文就星形胶质细胞在癫痫治疗中的作用及相关作用机制作一简要综述。

Epilepsy is a kind of brain dysfunction syndrome caused by the abnormal discharge of the nervous system.The cause of the epilepsy is complicated,and the pathogenesis is not fully set forth.In recent years,a large number of studies have shown that astro cytes play an important role in the treatment of epilepsy and are expected to be a new target for drug intervention.The roles of astrocyte in the treatment of epilepsy and its related mechanism are reviewed in this paper.
