基于CNKI数据库中医药治疗痔分析

Analysis of hemorrhoids treated by traditional Chinese medicine based on CNKI database

目的为了探索中医药在痔的治疗领域的现状、热点和趋势。方法借助CiteSpace.5.6.R2软件在中国知网数据库以主题词为“痔”“中医药”“治疗”进行检索,并且分别选择关键词、作者、机构来运算软件,最后绘制可视化图谱。结果根据检索结果,总共有2216篇文献被纳入研究,关键词以频数从高到低排序主要是混合痔、中药熏洗、痔疮、内痔、中药、坐浴、中药坐浴、疼痛等,并生成13个聚类群;痔术后、熏洗、术后疼痛成为近年来的突现词;主要研究单位是山东省肥城市中医院肛肠分院、上海中医药大学、湖南省中医院等。结论中医药治疗痔的文献量呈现增多趋势,以中药熏洗的研究文献所占比值较大;中药熏洗治疗痔术后疼痛是中医药治疗痔领域的热点研究方向;主要的研究单位集中在中医药科研机构或中医院。

Objective To explore the current situation,hot spots and trends of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the treatment of hemorrhoids.Methods CiteSpace.5.6.R2 software was used to search the CNKI database with the subject words"hemorrhoid","tradi tional Chinese medicine"and"treatment".The keywords,authors and institutions were selected to calculate the software.Finally,the visual atlas was drawn.Results According to the retrieval results,a total of 2216 documents were included in the study.The key words in order of frequency from high to low were mixed hemorrhoid,fumigation with TCM,hemorrhoid,internal hemorrhoid,traditional Chinese medicine,hip bath,hip bath with TCM,pain,etc,and 13 clusters were generated.Postoperative hemorrhoid,fumigation and postoperative pain have become prominent words in recent years.The main research units are the anorectal branch of Shandong Feicheng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Hunan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,etc.Conclusion The amount of literature on the treatment of hemorrhoids by TCM shows an increasing trend,and the research literature on fumigation and washing with TCM accounts for a larger proportion.Fumigation and washing with TCM for hemor rhoid postoperative pain is a hot research direction in the field of TCM for hemorrhoid.The main research units are concentrated in TCM research institutions or TCM hospitals.
