某型涡轴核心机试车台架关键件设计

Design on Critical Parts of Test Bench of a Gas Generator on Turboshaft Engine

试车台架是安装和固定发动机的机架,是发动机试验台最重要的组成单元。本文介绍了某型涡轴核心机试车台架关键件的设计依据和台架结构。按照核心机试验过程中的最高试车载荷,对试车台架关键零部件弹簧片、主安装节进行了计算分析,计算结果表明该设计符合试验要求。

Test bench,a frame for installing and fixing the engine,is the most important component of the test bed for engine.The design of foundation and structural of the test bench for a gas generator on a turboshaft engine are introduced in this study.The spring blades and installation node of the crucial parts were calculated and analyzed under the condition of the maximum test load.
