电梯检验过程中的事故伤害分析及有效预防 被引量:3

摘要 由于电梯检验涉及多个试验与检测流程,存在大量运行状态下的检验项目,加之机房、电梯井等检验环境本身的特殊性,因此存在多方面的伤害风险。本文基于对电梯检验工作风险源的阐释,分析了因工作环境、电梯设备结构与运行原理特点以及人为操作不当等因素造成的各类伤害,进而结合电梯检验工作技术难度高、风险源复杂多样的特点,探讨了如何通过制定详尽的各项测试和检验工作规划、强化对检验人员的技术培训,使得电梯的检验人员在现场基于明确的分工与严格的操作规程,确保每项检验顺利完成。 Because elevator testing involves many tests and testing processes,there are a large number of testing items in operation state,and the particularity of testing environment such as machine room and elevator shaft,so there are many damage risks.Based on the interpretation of the elevator inspection risk source,analyzed the work environment characteristics,the elevator equipment structure and operation principle and caused by human factors such as improper operation of various types of damage,and then combined with the elevator inspection technology of high difficulty and risk source complex characteristics,discusses how to formulate detailed through the various testing and inspection planning,strengthening the technical training of inspection personnel,makes the elevator inspection personnel at the scene based on a clear division of labor and strict operational procedures,to ensure each inspection is completed.
