2型糖尿病并发原发性骨髓纤维化及桥本氏甲状腺炎1例报告

T2DM with Primary Myelofibrosis and Hashimoto's Thyroiditis:A Case Report

报告1例在本院住院两次最后确诊2型糖尿病(T2DM)并发原发性骨髓纤维化(PMF)及桥本氏甲状腺炎(HT)病例,患者临床表现主要为双下肢进行性水肿,病情进展迅速,早期诊断难以明确,常规治疗无明显效果,后经骨髓及基因检查确诊,针对性治疗有效,为T2DM-PMF-HT的诊断和治疗提供了参考。

We report a case,type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)with primary myelofibrosis(PMF)and Hashimoto's thyroiditis(HT),which clinical manifestation was that legs had progressive severe edema.The disease progresses rapidly,and the early diagnosis is difficult,and the conventional treatment have no significant effect.However,the bone marrow and gene examination results confirmed the diagnosis,and the targeted therapy was effective.It provides reference for diagnosis and treatment of T2DM-PMF-HT.
