摘要
目的探究不同HPV知识维度与大学生HPV疫苗接种意愿的关联及强度,为针对大学生HPV相关知识宣教的内容及侧重点提供参考。方法采取多阶段整群随机抽样的方法,于2018年10月―12月,在西安市民办高校中抽样选取1012人开展问卷调查,分别采用秩和检验和多因素Logistics回归模型对HPV相关知识掌握情况与其疫苗接种意愿的相关性进行分析。结果调查对象中,愿意接种组学生HPV相关知识的总得分为9(4,13)分,一般或不愿意接种组学生为4(2,8)分,秩和检验发现两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),将知识得分细分为3个维度后两组间差异依然有统计学意义(P<0.001);多因素Logistic回归模型分析显示,在3个知识维度中,随着HPV相关知识得分的升高,接种意愿逐渐升高,且差异有统计学意义(均为P<0.001),随着基线时不均衡因素的逐渐调整,OR值有所下降,但仍具有统计学意义。结论提高大学生HPV相关知识会大幅提高大学生对HPV疫苗的接种意愿;在健康教育时,应侧重于对HPV病毒相关知识的宣教。
Objective To explore the correlation and intensity between different HPV knowledge dimensions and the human papillomavirus(HPV)vaccination intention of college students so as to provide reference basis for the content and focus of HPV-related knowledge education for college students.Methods We adopted the method of multi-stage cluster random sampling.From October to December 2018,1012 subjects were sampled from private colleges and universities in Xi'an city to carry out questionnaire survey.Rank sum test and Logistics regression model were used to analyze the correlation between knowledge of HPV and vaccination intention.Results Among the respondents,the total score of HPV-related knowledge among the students willing to be vaccinated was 9(4,13),and that of the students who were neutral or unwilling to be vaccinated was 4(2,8).The rank-sum test showed that the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.001).After subdividing the knowledge score into three dimensions,we still found a statistical difference between the two groups(all P<0.001).Multivariate Logistic regression model analysis showed that as the score of HPV-related knowledge in the three dimensions increased,the intention to be inoculated gradually increased significantly(all P<0.001).With the gradual adjustment of unbalanced factors at baseline,OR value decreased,but it was still statistically significant.Conclusion Improving college students'knowledge of HPV will greatly increase their willingness to receive HPV vaccination.Health education should focus on the education on HPV virus related knowledge.
