Value Equivalence in Liquidity Scenarios:Maintenance and Imbalance of Marital Order

以苗族民间故事“娜耶悔婚”为引子,从“价值对等”视角结合当下离婚率不断攀升的有关讨论,解析与婚姻稳定性相关的变量问题发现,任何一种婚姻关系的缔结背后都隐含某种价值对等,而婚姻秩序的动态维系就在于找到一种价值对等以促成新的平衡。婚姻选择自由度的提高,为婚姻当事双方实现各自的价值取向提供了更多可能与机会,这导致维系稳定婚姻关系的边界条件丧失,使得社会流动性与离婚率攀升之间的因果关联成为必然。

Based on the Miao folk story“Naye regret marriage”,this paper analyzes the variables related to the stability of marriage from the perspective of“value equivalence”and the discussion about the rising divorce rate.It is found that behind the conclusion of any kind of marriage relationship lies some kind of value equivalence,and the dynamic maintenance of marital order lies in finding a kind of value equivalence to promote a new balance.While the freedom of marriage choice increases,it also provides more unpredictable possibilities and opportunities for both parties to realize their own value orientation choices,which leads to the loss of boundary conditions for maintaining stable marriage.This contributes to a causal link between social mobility and rising divorce rates.
