加味六君子汤对阿尔茨海默病患者认知功能及日常生活活动能力的影响

Effect of modified Liujunzi decoction on cognitive function and activities of daily living in patients with Alzheimer′s disease

目的观察加味六君子汤治疗对阿尔茨海默病(AD)患者的认知及日常生活能力改善情况。方法以2015年1月-2018年12月在中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九八二医院就诊的60名AD患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=30)和治疗组(n=30)。对照组给与常规治疗并口服奥拉西坦(每次800 mg,每天3次),实验组在对照组常规治疗的基础上服用加味六君子汤治疗,服用两个疗程,共56 d。记录两组患者的一般资料、痴呆程度及并发症情况;采用MMSE量表和ADL量表在治疗前后评测两组患者的认知状态及日常生活能力;采用ELISA法测定两组患者血浆NO和NOS的含量。结果与治疗前比较,两组患者治疗后MMSE和ADL评分升高,血浆中NO和NOS含量降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,实验组患者MMSE和ADL评分升高,血浆中NO和NOS含量降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加味六君子汤治疗能够显著减少AD患者血清NO和NOS的释放,提高患者MMSE评分和ADL评分,改善AD患者的认知功能和日常生活活动能力。

Objective To observe the effect of modified Liujunzi decoction on cognition and activities of daily living in patients with Alzheimer′s disease.MethodsA Total of 60 AD patients,treated in the 982 Hospital of the Joint Logistics support Force of the Chinese people′s Liberation Army from January 2015 to December 2018,were randomly divided into control group(n=30)and treatment group(n=30).The control group was given routine treatment and oral oxiracetam(800 mg each time,3 times a day).The experimental group was treated with modified Liujunzi decoction on the basis of routine treatment in the control group,undergoing two courses of treatment for 56 days.The general data,the degree of dementia and complications of the two groups were recorded,the cognitive status and activities of daily living of the two groups were evaluated with MMSE scale and ADL scale before and after the treatment,and the contents of plasma NO and NOS of the two groups were measured by ELISA method.ResultsCompared with those before the treatment,the scores of MMSE and ADL increased and the serum contents of NO and NOS decreased significantly in the two groups after treatment.Compared with the control group,the scores of MMSE and ADL in the treatment group were higher,and the serum contents of NO and NOS were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).ConclusionThe modified Liujunzi decoction can significantly reduce the release of serum NO and NOS in patients with AD,and increase the scores of MMSE and ADL,which improve the cognitive function and activities of daily living of patients with AD.
