负荷阿托伐他汀对急性冠脉综合征患者介入术后主要心血管不良事件影响的Meta分析

Role of loading dose of atorvastatin on major adverse cardiovascular events in patients with acute coronary syndrome:A meta-analysis

目的系统评价负荷剂量的阿托伐他汀对急性冠脉综合征患者(acute coronary syndrome,ACS)主要心血管不良事件的影响。方法计算检索PubMed、EMbase、中国生物医学文献服务系统(Sinomed)和中国知网(CNKI)数据库,检索时限为自建库至2019年3月31日。收集负荷剂量的阿托伐他汀对ACS患者主要心血管不良事件的随机对照研究。2名研究人员分别筛选文献,提取相关资料并对纳入研究进行评价,使用RevMan 5.3进行Meta分析。结果纳入17篇文献,包括21181例ACS患者,其中11099例患者服用80 mg阿托伐他汀钙片。Meta分析结果显示:与其他剂量治疗组相比,负荷剂量的阿托伐他汀可显著减少主要心血管不良事件的发生(RR=0.72,95%CI:0.62~0.84)。结论负荷剂量的阿托伐他汀钙片可显著减少ACS患者发生主要的心血管不良事件。

Objective To systematically assess the role of loading dose of atorvastatin(LDA)on major adverse cardiovascular events(MACEs)in patients"with acute coronary syndrome(ACS).Methods Pub Med,EM BASE,Sinomed and CNKI were searched for randomized controlled trials(RCTs)on the role of LDA on MACEs in ACS patients from the inception to 31 March 2019.Two researchers extracted data and evaluated the quality independently.A Meta-analysis was performed by using RevMan 5.3 software.Results A total of 17 studies enrolling 21,281 patients were included;of all the patients,11,099(52.2%)received LDA.Meta analysis showed that LDA of ACS patients reduced MACEs markedly(RR=0.72,95%CI:0.62~0.84).Conclusion In ACS patients,LDA could decrease MACEs remarkably.
