政治话语是传递和表达政治信息的"中介"。新时代的政治话语表达极为重要,政治话语的引导有助于增强制度认同,政治话语的创新有利于提升中国话语权,政治话语的文风关系党的生命。十九届四中全会审议通过的《决定》,其话语具有本土性与国际性相结合、大众性与专业性相结合、继承性与现代性相结合的特点,是新时代传播中国话语体系和推动马克思主义大众化的典范,为新时代构建富有亲和力、说服力、感召力的政治话语指明了方向。

Political discourse is the intermediary for transmitting and expressing political information.The political discourse expression in the new era is extremely important:the guidance of the political discourse helps to strengthen the institutional identity,the innovation of the political discourse is conducive to the promotion of the Chinese discourse rights,and the style of the political discourse is related to the life of the Party.The Decision adopted by the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19 th Central Committee of the CPC is characterized by the combination of local and international character,mass and professional character,inheritance and modernity.It is a model for spreading the Chinese discourse system and promoting the popularization of Marxism in the new era.
