摘要
轻质蜂窝夹层板的构造较为复杂,其芯层由大量的蜂窝胞元组成,且蜂窝壁较薄,进行动力学分析时,通常需要利用等效方法对蜂窝夹层板进行简化,来建立有效的蜂窝壁板结构动力学模型,以实现高效率高精度的动特性预测。本文针对3种常用的蜂窝夹层结构动力学等效简化方法:三明治夹心板法、Hoff等刚度法和改进Allen法,采用理论分析、数值仿真和实验研究相结合的方法进行对比研究,研究了三种简化建模方法的特点和建模适用性,寻求最优的适用于蜂窝夹层结构的动力学等效建模方法。
The structure of lightweight honeycomb sandwich panel is very complex, its core layer is composed of a large number of honeycomb structures, and the honeycomb wall is very thin. Therefore, in dynamic analysis, it is usually necessary to simplify the honeycomb sandwich panel with equivalent method to predict the dynamic characteristics with high efficiency and high precision. In this paper, three commonly used dynamic equivalent simplification methods of honeycomb sandwich structure are studied: sandwich plate method, Hoff equivalent stiffness method and improved Allen method. The characteristics and applicability of the three methods are comparative studied with theoretical, numerical simulation and experimental method, and the optimal dynamic equivalent modeling method for honeycomb sandwich panels is given.
