“中国制造2025”背景下中职创新型技能人才培养策略研究

Research on Cultivation Strategy of Secondary VocationalInnovative Skilled Talents under the Background of“Made in China 2025”Strategy

中国制造2025作为中国政府实施制造强国战略的第一个十年行动纲领,明确我国由中国制造向中国创造转变的最新要求。中职学校作为培养技术技能型人才的摇篮,急需基于中国制造2025探索优化创新型人才培养策略,提高人才培养质量,提升制造业的国际国内市场核心竞争力。因此,该研究首先明确中国制造2025对中职创新型技能人才培养的要求,建立二者的内在联系,其次分析新时代中职学校创新型技能人才培养的现状及存在的问题,最终基于中国制造2025优化完善中职创新型技能人才培养策略,为中职专业教学和人才培养探索新思路。

As the first 10-year program of action of“Manufacturing Power”strategy implemented by the Chinese government,“Made in China 2025”strategy has specified the latest requirements for transformation of China from“Made in China”to“Created in China”.As a cradle for cultivation of skilled technical talents,the secondary vocational schools are badly in need of exploring and optimizing the innovative talent cultivation strategy based on“Made in China 2025”,so as to improve the talent cultivation quality and enhance the core competitiveness of manufacturing industry in international and national markets.Therefore,this paper firstly specifies the requirements of“Made in China 2025”for cultivation of secondary vocational innovative skilled talents,establishes the intrinsic connection of the two;then,it analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the cultivation of innovative skilled talents in secondary vocational schools in the new era;and finally,it optimizes and perfects the cultivation strategy of secondary vocational innovative skilled talents based on“Made in China 2025”,to explore new ideas for specialty education and talent cultivation of secondary vocational schools.
