探析“一带一路”倡议背景下中国自贸区的发展策略

Discussion on China’s Free Trade Zone Development Strategy under“the Belt and Road Initiative”

自“一带一路”倡议提出以来,我国自贸区的发展也呈现出发展步伐快、涵盖内容广的特点。通过借助“一带一路”的支持,我国自贸区形成了良好的合作平台,完善了区域间合作,吸引更多的外资入驻,开拓了合作的领域。但是,“一代一路”背景下,自贸区也面临着许多的发展问题,其中包括了两者的结合问题,产业结构合理性问题,贸易新规考验,风险防范问题等。基于上述现状,分析我国自贸区发展的优势与不足,提出了增加国家间合作、统筹总体产业结构、调整体制新规、提高风险防范等策略,来帮助自贸易在“一带一路”倡议背景下的发展。

Since the proposal of“the Belt and Road Initiative”,China’s free trade zone development has showed the characteristics of rapid development and wide coverage.Under the support of“the Belt and Road Initiative”,China’s free trade zones have formed a good cooperation platform,perfected the inter-regional cooperation,attracted more investments to enter,and developed the fields of cooperation.However,under the background of“the Belt and Road Initiative”,free trade zones are also faced with many development problems,including the problems like the combination of two,industrial structure rationality,test of new trade rules,and risk prevention.Based on the current situation above,this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of free trade zone development in China,and proposes the strategies of increasing the inter-state cooperation,making overall planning of overall industrial structure,adjusting the new system rules,and improving the risk prevention,to help the development of free trade zones under the background of“the Belt and Road Initiative”.
