多功能变电站搜救机器人系统设计

System Design of Multifunctional Substation Search and Rescue Robot

摘要 为了解决目前变电站事故现场环境复杂、灾后搜救困难的问题,设计了一种多功能变电站搜救机器人。该系统以STC12C5A60S2单片机为控制核心,选择无线WiFi技术作为通信方案,并利用LabVIEW设计监控上位机平台。介绍了硬件电路,包括控制系统、电源模块和电机驱动模块。此外,对软件部分进行设计,包括无线路由和上位机监控软件。测试结果表明,系统具有结构简单、功能齐全、性能稳定可靠的特点,满足变电站搜救机器人设计的要求。 To solve the problems that the complex of the substation accident scene environment and the difficult of search and rescue post of the accident at the present,a multifunctional substation search and rescue robot is presented in this paper.In this system,the MCU chip named STC12C5A60S2 is taken as the control core,the wireless WiFi is chosen as the communication scheme and the LabVIEW is utilized to design the host computer platform.This paper mainly introduces the hardware circuit design which includes control system,power module and motor drive module,and the software design which includes wireless router and the host computer monitoring software.At last,test results show that the system has the characteristics of simple structure,complete functions and reliable performance,which meets the design requirements of substation research and rescue robot.
