摘要
基于西门子PLC中S7-1200系列的六部十层的电梯控制系统设计,包括硬件系统,软件系统,运动功能规划等方面的内容。同一楼宇六部电梯共同使用一个外呼集选器(呼叫信号),根据客人的需求进行相应的响应动作。经过PLC的合理编程优化以及贴合实际的仿真调试,本系统不仅有效地缩减了乘坐电梯的时间,还可以减少电梯运转时的功耗,并且进一步降低了电梯的运行成本,延长了其使用的时间周期。
The six 10-elevator elevators control system design based on S7-1200 series in Siemens PLC,includes the hardware system,software system,motor function planning and other contents.The six elevators of the same building share the same call-out selective collective control device(calling signal),to act correspondingly according to the customer needs.Through PLC reasonable programming optimization and simulation debugging fitting to the reality,this system can effectively reduce the elevator taking time,and also can reduce the power consumption in the elevation running process,and also it helps to further reduce the elevator operating cost and prolong its service cycle.
