摘要
为实现医院IT运维管理流程管理化,促进运维服务水平和服务质量,缩短运维响应时间,提高运维管理效率,本文通过调研医院信息管理部门IT运维状况,梳理IT运维工作流程中存在的问题,引入信息技术基础架构库(ITIL)运维管理体系,开发基于B/S架构的IT运维服务管理系统。旨在为医院信息系统的安全、稳定和高效运行提供更为有力的保障。
In order to realize the management of hospital IT operation and maintenance management process,promote operation and maintenance service level and service quality,shorten operation and maintenance response time,and improve operation and maintenance management efficiency,this paper combs IT operation and maintenance by investigating the IT operation and maintenance status of hospital information management department Problems in the work flow,the introduction of information technology infrastructure(ITIL)operation and maintenance management system,development of IT operation and maintenance service management system based on B/S architecture.It aims to provide a more powerful guarantee for the safe,stable and efficient operation of hospital information systems.
