摘要
吞咽障碍是降低患者生活质量的重要原因,良好的评估工具可以有效的判断患者吞咽障碍的严重程度,信度和效度是判断评估工具测量学属性的重要依据。量表的信度指标主要以重测信度、内部一致性信度及评分者间信度,效度方面主要考察效标效度和内容效度,本文对近10年吞咽障碍评估工具在国内外的信效度研究进行综述,以期为今后的临床和研究提供一定参考。
Dysphagia is an important reason to reduce the quality of life of patients.Good evaluation tools can effectively judge the severity of dysphagia in patients.Reliability and validity are important basis for judging the measurement attributes of evaluation tools.The reliability index of the scale was mainly based on retest reliability,internal consistency reliability and inter-score reliability.The validity and content validity of the scale were mainly investigated.In this paper,the reliability and validity of the evaluation tool for dysphagia in recent 10 years were reviewed at home and abroad,in order to provide some reference for future clinical and research.
