概念图在实习护生护理教学查房中应用的思考 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨实习护生在带教老师指导下利用概念图教学工具进行护理教学查房的效果。方法选择2018年1月1日~3月25日、2018年7月1日~11月18日在我院某科实习的专科护生32名为研究对象,每轮护生实习期为4周,每轮选4名护生,共8轮,均来自同一科室不同时期的实习护生。由带教老师指导绘制概念图,并进行讨论、整改,最终由带教老师点评、打分,调查护生对概念图法护理教学查房的效果评价及对带教满意度评价情况。结果护生对概念图法护理教学查房的效果评价实习护生绘制的概念图得分最低为(14.23±1.23)分,最高分为(18.23±1.01)分;查房效果评价最低为(4.01±0.11)分,最高分为(4.85±0.89)分;护生对概念图法护理教学查房的效果评价中评判性思维能力得到提高得分最高,其次为自主学习能力得到提高,护生喜欢概念图护理教学查房;教学满意度得分为(94.45±5.16)分。结论概念图法护理教学查房能有效地将实习护生所学知识应用于临床实践,提高临床护理的兴趣和参与度,提高护生能力,提高教师自身的综合素质。 Objective To explore the effect of nursing nurses using concept map teaching tools to carry out nursing rounds under the guidance of instructors.Methods Selecting 32 nursing students who were internships in a certain department of our hospital from January 1 to March 25,2018,and from July 1 to November 18,2018.The internship period for each round of nursing students is 4 weeks,and 4 nursing students are selected for each round,a total of 8 rounds,all from the same department and intern nurses at different periods.The guidance teacher draws the concept map,and discusses and rectifies it.Finally,the guidance teacher comments and scores to investigate the effect evaluation of the nursing students on the concept map nursing teaching round and the satisfaction evaluation of the guidance teacher.Results The evaluation of the effect of nursing students on the concept drawing method of nursing teaching rounds the lowest score of the conceptual map drawn by the intern nursing students is(14.23±1.23),the highest score is(18.23±1.01);the lowest evaluation of the rounds effect is(4.01±0.11)points,the highest score is(4.85±0.89)points;the critical thinking ability of nursing students to improve the effect of concept map nursing teaching rounds is the highest,followed by the improvement of autonomous learning ability,nursing students like concept map nursing teaching rounds;teaching satisfaction score is(94.45±5.16)points.Conclusion The concept mapping nursing teaching round can effectively apply the knowledge of intern nursing students to clinical practice,increase the interest and participation of clinical nursing,improve the ability of nursing students,and improve the comprehensive quality of teachers themselves.
