Effect of Breastfeeding in Breast Milk Bank on Growth and Development of Premature Infants

目的探讨母乳库母乳喂养对早产儿生长发育的影响。方法选择2018年4月~2019年4月我院收治的140例早产儿,随机分成对照组与研究组,每组70例。对照组给予配方奶喂养,研究组给予母乳库母乳喂养,比较两组早产儿体重增加速率、头围增长速率、身高增长速率、智力发育指数(MDI)、精神运动发育指数(PDI)评分,评价其各自生长发育情况。结果研究组早产儿的体重增加速率、头围增长速率、身高增长速率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组MDI和PDI评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早产儿使用母乳库母乳喂养有助于改善其生长发育状况,建立母乳库互助有利于提高母乳的喂养率。

Objective To explore the effects of breastfeeding in breast milk banks on the growth and development of premature infants.Methods From April 2018 to April 2019,140 preterm infants admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into a control group and a research group,with 70 cases in each group.The control group was given formula milk and the research group was given breast milk.Compare the weight gain rate,head circumference growth rate,height growth rate,mental development index(MDI),psychomotor development index(PDI)scores of preterm infants in two groups,and evaluate respective growth and development for each other.Results The weight gain rate,head circumference growth rate and height growth rate of premature infants in the study group were better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the MDI and PDI scores in the study group were better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Breastfeeding in premature babies can improve their growth and development,and establishing mutual assistance in breastfeeding can improve the rate of breastfeeding.
