摘要 目的:通过血液生化指标评定江苏省青少年男子游泳运动员二青会赛前身体机能状态。方法:采用实验法对8名男子青少年游泳运动员身体成分和赛前5周内血液生化指标变化进行评定,并用数理统计法进行处理。结果:运动员体重、BMI、体脂率较低,去脂体重和肌肉含量较高;运动员RBC、Hb和Hct波动均在正常范围内,变化没有显著性(P>0.05),Hb水平较高,反应出较好的有氧能力;运动员SI、SF水平在正常范围内,体现出机体良好的铁储备;除个别运动员外,运动员CK、BUN和T、C、T/C均在正常范围内波动,赛前1周BUN与赛前4、5周相比有显著性上升(P<0.05),推测是赛前反应导致,与赛前5周相比,运动员赛前1~3周C下降显著(P<0.05),其余指标变化均无显著性(P>0.05),表现出良好的机能水平。结论:运动员赛前各生化指标正常,反应出良好的备赛状态和身体机能,同时需关注运动员BUN、T、T/C波动情况,密切注意个别运动员CK、BUN变化。 Objective:To evaluate the physical function of young male swimming athletes in Jiangsu province by blood biochemical indexes before the 2nd Youth Games of the People’s Republic of China.Methods:The changes in body composition and blood biochemical indexes of eight young male swimmers in five weeks were evaluated by the experimental method before the competition,and the data were processed by mathematical statistics.Result:Swimming athletes have lower body weight,BMI and body fat rate,they also have higher fat-free weight and muscle content;The level of RBC,HB,and Hct fluctuated within the normal range among athletes,with no significant change(P>0.05),the high-level Hb indicated great aerobic ability;The SI and SF levels of athletes were in the normal range,which implied the good iron reserved in the body;Except for individual athletes,athletes’CK,BUN,T,C,and T/C also fluctuated within the normal range,BUN in the first week increased significantly compared with that in the fourth and fifth weeks before competition(P<0.05).It was speculated that it was caused by the pre-competition reaction.Compared with that in the fifth week before the competition,C of athletes decreased significantly in the first three weeks(P<0.05),other indexes had no significant change(P>0.05),reflecting good body function in athletes.Conclusion:The biochemical indicators of male athletes before competition were at a normal level,this meant a good state of preparation and function within athletes.At the same time,it is necessary to pay attention to the fluctuation of BUN,T and T/C of athletes and the changes of CK,BUN in individuals.
