针对性护理干预在胃癌化疗患者护理中的有效应用

Effective Application of Targeted Nursing Intervention in Nursing of Patients with Chemotherapy for Gastric Cancer

目的:探讨针对性护理干预在胃癌化疗患者护理中的应用效果。方法:选择2017年3月~2019年4月我院收治的52例胃癌化疗患者作为研究对象,随机分为2组,各26例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予针对性护理干预,比较两组患者护理满意度及并发症发生情况。结果:观察组满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:胃癌化疗患者采用针对性护理干预,能够提高患者护理满意度,降低并发症发生率,值得临床使用。

Objective: To investigate the application effect of targeted nursing intervention in nursing of patients with chemotherapy for gastric cancer. Methods: 52 patients with chemotherapy for gastric cancer who admitted in the hospital from March 2017 to April 2019 were randomly divided into two groups, with 26 cases in each group. Control group was given routine nursing, and observation group was given targeted nursing intervention. The nursing satisfaction and the incidence of complications of two groups were compared. Results: The satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The total incidence of complications in observation group was lower than that in control group, but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05). Conclusion: Targeted nursing intervention for gastric cancer patients with chemotherapy can increase nursing satisfaction and decrease the incidence of complications, which is worthy of clinical application.
