促红细胞生成素治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的临床效果

摘要 目的:探讨新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病行促红细胞生成素治疗的临床效果。方法:时间段为2018年1月至2019年5月,选取新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病60例,随机分组,两组各30例。采取常规方法治疗控制组,基于此采用促红细胞生成素治疗实验组。比较两个组别相关指标改善情况。结果:两个组别PLT、Ret、Hb、NABA评分等指标治疗前未表现出差异(P>0.05);而治疗后两个组别上述指标对比表现出明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病行促红细胞生成素治疗的效果确切,即可促进患儿智力、运动等发育,因此值得研究和推广。 Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of erythropoietin on hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy. Methods: From January 2018 to may 2019, 60 cases of neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy were randomly divided into two groups, 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional methods, and the experimental group was treated with erythropoietin. To compare the improvement of related indicators between the two groups. Results: PLT, RET, Hb and NABA scores of the two groups showed no difference before treatment(P>0.05), but there was significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05). Conclusion: Erythropoietin is effective in the treatment of HIE, which can promote the development of children’s intelligence and sports, so it is worth studying and popularizing.
