预见性创伤护理对急诊创伤性骨折患者救治效果的影响

The Effect of Predictive Trauma Nursing on Emergency Treatment of Traumatic Fracture Patients

目的:阐述急性创伤性骨折患者施以预见性创伤护理的具体措施,并探究其临床救治效果。方法:此次研究时间开始于2018年7月,结束于2019年8月,研究对象抽选我院急诊收治创伤性骨折患者89例,将其随机分组,对照组施以常规护理,观察组施以预见性创伤护理,记录并计算两组患者救治成功率及并发症发生率,同时比对各组患者急救用时、住院时间。结果:观察组患者救治成功率相较对照组更高,且患者急救后出现并发症的类型更少,发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。另外,观察组患者急救用时(45.56±5.49)min、住院总时间(10.14±5.22)d均明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:急性创伤性骨折患者施以预见性创伤护理干预能够显著提高救治效果,缩短救治用时,促进患者恢复,值得临床施行推广。

Objective: This paper expounds the specific measures for patients with acute traumatic fracture to receive predictive trauma nursing, and explores the clinical treatment effect. Methods: Time the study began in July 2018, ended in August 2019, the object of study selected emergency traumatic fracture patients treated in our hospital 89 cases, the randomized, control group with routine nursing care, observation group with foresight trauma care, record and calculate the two groups of patients treatment success rate and complication rates, first aid when ratio on each patient at the same time, the length of time. Results: The success rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and there were fewer types of complications in the observation group, the incidence was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). In addition, the first aid time(45.56±5.49)min and total hospitalization time(10.14±5.22)d in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of predictive trauma nursing intervention to patients with acute traumatic fracture can significantly improve the treatment effect, shorten the treatment time, and promote the recovery of patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
