乙肝病毒性肝炎患者两对半临床医学检验应用探究

The Application of Clinical Examination in Patients with Hepatitis B Hepatitis

目的:讨论乙肝病毒性肝炎患者两对半临床医学检验应用探究。方法:选取我院治疗的乙肝病毒性肝炎的患者60例,均实行两对半临床医学检验进行检测,回顾性分析检测结果。结果:选取的患者均确定为乙肝病毒性肝炎,其中有25.00%的患者确定为大三阳,有16.67%的患者确定为小三阳,有58.33%的患者确定为其他类型。三组的差别较大(P<0.05)。结论:在疑似乙肝病毒性肝炎的患者中使用两对半临床医学检验,可以有效将乙肝病毒性肝炎检测出来,检测的准确性比较高,具有重要临床诊断价值。

Objective: To discuss the application of two-half clinical medical examination in patients with hepatitis b virus hepatitis. Methods: 60 patients with hepatitis b virus hepatitis treated in our hospital were selected, and the results were analyzed retrospectively. Results: All the selected patients were identified as hepatitis b virus hepatitis, among which 25.00%were identified as big and three Yang, 16.67%were identified as small and 58.33%were identified as other types. There were significant differences among the three groups(P<0.05). Conclusion: Using two-half clinical test in suspected hepatitis b patients can effectively detect hepatitis b virus hepatitis, the accuracy of the test is high, and it has important clinical diagnostic value.
