水热体系下双金属催化剂Ni-Ag/SBA-15催化苯酚加氢的研究 被引量:1

Hydrogenation of phenol by using Ni-Ag/SBA-15 bimetal catalyst in high-temperature water system

摘要 通过共沉淀法制备Ni-Ag/SBA-15(金属负载量15%)双金属催化剂,以苯酚作为生物油模型化合物,在高温水热系统(HTW)中对苯酚进行催化加氢研究。采用比表面仪(BET)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)及能量色散谱仪(EDS)对催化剂的结构和性能进行分析。对Ni-Ag/SBA-15催化剂进行寿命评价,结果显示催化剂可重复使用。与Ni/SBA-15催化剂、Ag/SBA-15催化剂和无催化剂相比,Ni-Ag/SBA-15催化剂提高了HTW中苯酚的转化率和环己醇的选择性。苯酚的转化率随反应时间和温度的增加而增加,在260℃时,转化率达到79%,环己醇的产率超过75%,选择性超过75%。 Ni-Ag/SBA-15 bimetallic catalysts(metal loading 15%)were prepared by coprecipitation method.Phenol was used as a model compound of phenolic oil.The catalytic hydrogenation of phenol was studied in a high temperature hydrothermal system(HTW),assisted by BET,XRD and X-ray photoelectron spectrometer.The structure and properties of the catalysts were characterized by XPS,TEM and EDS.At the same time,the life of Ni-Ag/SBA-15 catalyst was evaluated,and the results showed that the catalyst could be reused.The results showed that compared with Ni/SBA-15 catalyst,Ag/SBA-15 catalyst and no catalyst,Ni-Ag/SBA-15 catalyst improved the conversion of phenol and the selectivity of cyclohexanol in HTW.The conversion of phenol increases with the increase of reaction time and temperature.Especially at 260℃,the conversion rate reaches 79%,the yield of cyclohexanol exceeds 75%,and the selectivity exceeds 75%.
