摘要
加入煤泥和聚乙烯醇,采用冷压成型将粉煤制备成型煤,用抗压强度和跌落强度作为检测手段,在实验室规模的成型试验台上,系统地研究了成型压力和成型水分对型煤强度的影响。结果表明,成型工艺参数对型煤强度影响较大。在成型压力为60 kN,成型水分为14%的条件下,型煤的抗压强度和跌落强度分别达到11.3 MPa和98.2%。通过红外光谱和扫描电镜分析得出了粘结剂对长焰煤成型作用机理,即加入煤泥和聚乙烯醇后,型煤的羟基官能团明显增多,说明粘结剂与煤颗粒表面有较多的氢键缔合,以及部分交联作用,增强了煤粒间的结合力,从而提高了型煤的机械强度。
The coal was prepared into the briquette using cold press forming by adding coal slurry and polyvinyl alcohol.The compressive strength and the drop strength were used as testing methods for briquette.The effects of molding pressure and molding moisture on briquette strength were systematically studied on a laboratory scale forming test rig.The results show that the molding process parameters have a great influence on the briquette strength.With the increase of molding pressure and molding moisture,the strength of briquettes first increases and then decreases.Under the conditions of molding pressure of 60 kN and molding moisture of 14%,the compressive strength and drop strength of the briquettes reached 11.3 MPa and 98.2%,respectively.The mechanism of the formation of long-flame coal by binder was obtained by infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy.After adding coal slurry and polyvinyl alcohol,the hydroxyl functional group of the briquette increased significantly,indicating the binder has more hydrogen bond association with the surface of the coal particles,and partial cross-linking,which enhances the bonding force between the coal particles,thereby improving the mechanical strength of the briquette.
