摘要
以N-苯基甘氨酸乙酯为反应底物,合成了10种二氢喹唑啉类化合物,并通过1H NMR、13C NMR以及HRMS等方法对目标产物进行表征。结果表明,较佳反应条件为:溶剂DMSO,催化剂纳米氧化铜,温度90℃,反应时间12 h。该方法具有操作简单、成本低廉、产率高、催化剂纳米氧化铜可循环利用等优点。
10 Dihydroquinazoline compounds were synthesized in moderate to good yields under 90℃for 12 h with N-phenyl glycine ethyl ester as reaction substrate,dimethyl sulfoxide(DMSO)as solvent,copper oxide nanoparticles as catalyst.All the products were characterized by 1H NMR,13 C NMR and HRMS.This method has the advantages of simple operation,low cost,high yields and recyclable catalyst.
