摘要
通过总结聚集诱导发光(AIE)材料的机理,由分子内振动受阻(RIR)和分子内旋转受阻(RIV)统一为分子内运动受阻(RIM),阐述了AIE的发光机制;综述了基于AIEgen材料在生物分子检测中的最新进展,总体分为两个部分:生物小分子和生物大分子检测。
The mechanism of agglomerated induction luminescence(AIE)materials,and the luminescence mechanism of AIE was described by combining the restriction of intramolecular rotation(RIR)and intramolecular vibration(RIV)into the restriction of intramolecular motion(RIM);summarizes the latest AIEgen-based materials in biomolecule detection progress is generally divided into two parts:the detection of small molecules and biological macromolecules.
