外源刺激促进微生物降解原油研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 根据近几年国内外微生物修复原油污染土壤的研究,综述了不同刺激物和刺激方式对微生物降解原油效果产生的影响。介绍了微生物的外源刺激作用机理。整理并分类出多种不同类型的微生物刺激物质,并集中介绍和分析了一些研究中常用的促进微生物高效降解原油的刺激物的作用效果。比较了不同的刺激物对微生物降解原油性能的效果差异。总结分析了微生物在不同刺激物和刺激方式相结合的促进下对不同的地区的石油污染修复效果,并对今后的研究方向进行了展望。 According to the research on microbial remediation of crude oil contaminated soil by microorganisms at home and abroad in recent years,the effects of different irritants and stimulation methods on the microbial degradation of crude oil are reviewed.The mechanism of exogenous stimulation of microorganisms is introduced.A variety of different types of microbial stimulants are collated and classified,and the effects of stimulants commonly used in the research to promote the efficient degradation of crude oil by microorganisms are introduced and analyzed.The effect of different stimuli on the performance of microbial degradation of crude oil was compared.The paper summarizes and analyzes the examples of oil pollution restoration in different regions and environments under the promotion of different stimuli and stimulation methods,and prospects for future research directions.
