单脂肪酸甘油酯的润滑性能研究进展

Research progress on lubrication properties of monoglycerides

简述了单脂肪酸甘油酯的结构特征,着重对单脂肪酸甘油酯在金属表面、金属氧化物表面和类金刚石涂层表面的润滑作用机理研究进行了介绍,并概述了单脂肪酸甘油酯作为钻井液润滑剂、润滑油减摩剂和柴油抗磨剂的应用。最后,指出积极开展廉价的、高效的新型单脂肪酸甘油酯的开发,将是未来绿色、环保型润滑性能改进剂的发展方向,并对单脂肪酸甘油酯未来的发展提出建议。

The lubrication mechanism of monoglyceride on metal surface,metal oxide surface and diamond-like coating surface was introduced.The application of monoglyceride as drilling fluid lubricant,lubricating oil friction modifier and diesel lubricity additive was summarized as well.Finally,it is pointed out that the development of cheap and efficient monoglycerides will be the future development.It’s also pointed out that the further improvement of the lubricating property of monoglycerides for green and environment-friendly will be lubricating improvers’development.Moreover,future developments for monoglycerides are suggested at the end of this paper as well.
