On Yunnan Normal Education in the Late Qing Dynasty

摘要 清朝末年,在全国开展教育改革的浪潮中,云南省政府遵照清廷和学部的命令,陆续创设了各级各类师范学堂,建立了省至州县的教育管理机构,师范教育体系得以构建。为了有效规约学生和教师,保证教学等各项活动的顺利开展,更好地实现师范教育的培养目标,各师范学堂参照“癸卯学制”的规定,制定了学生和教师管理的制度,设置了课程,编制了教材。但因经费缺乏,处于初创期的云南师范学堂不可避免地存在因陋就简、数量不足、设备缺乏、师资紧张、生员不合格等问题。 At the end of the Qing Dynasty,in the wave of educational reform throughout the country,the provincial government of Yunnan Province,following the orders of the Ministry of Education and Education of the Qing Dynasty,successively created various kinds of teacher-training schools at various levels,set up educational administration institutions from provinces to cities and counties,and constructed the system of normal education.In order to effectively regulate students and teachers,ensure the smooth development of teaching and other activities,and better achieve the training goal of normal education,each normal school has formulated the system of student and teacher management,set up courses and compiled teaching materials according to the regulations of“Guimao school system”.However,due to the lack of funds,in the initial period of Yunnan normal school inevitably has problems such as simple,insufficient quantity,lack of equipment,shortage of teachers and unqualified students.
